Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed and had a nice balcony, but the service left something to be desired. The location was convenient, though it could get noisy at times. The dining experience was satisfactory, and I enjoyed some Welsh pastry. The facilities were adequate, with nothing standing out.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and boasted a great view; however, they weren't ready upon my arrival as promised. The service was a bit of a letdown, not very helpful or apologetic, especially considering the high price I paid. Despite this, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter and close to the convention center. The dining options were a bit limited, but the restaurant downstairs offered a good start to the day. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a full view of the field, but the sound-proofing was poor. The location was fantastic, being walking distance from many places. The service varied from showing a lack of customer service to outstanding front desk assistance. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming at times. However, the facilities were overall good.
